The blend of hops, which includes Centennial, Simcoe and Citra, gives the beer a complex nature which is carefully balanced by a fresh, citrus aroma and light candyfloss notes.

 

 

 

 

SHARPS PILSNER 5.2%

Pilsner is a pale straw beer with a herbal lemon aroma. In the mouth the beer is crisp and light with clean fruit notes. The finish is brisk and refreshing leaving a dry citrus linger.

HELLWEATHER IPA 5.2%

Hellweathers is a vibrant, contemporary, golden IPA. Brewed with Pale Malt and New World Hops to give the wonderful citrus and tropical fruit notes and robust bitterness you’d expect from a New World IPA. This delicious beer awakens the senses with its fresh aroma and bold, refreshing, moreish taste.

ORCHARD CIDER 4.5%

Orchard cider has a light golden, pale colour with a distinctly fresh apple aroma. A pleasing bitter-sweet body is finely balanced with a fresh apple flavour, leaving the palate clean and refreshed.

Wolf Rock is a fusion of Red Ale and IPA styles and combines Noble and New World hops with our finest special malt to deliver its distinctive flavour and enticing red hue.
